Your Personal Renter’s Agent

We represent the tenant, a.k.a the renter, in the search, inspection and application process of a rental property. We are acting in the best interests of the renter, not the landlord, and are there to negotiate the terms of the Residential Tenancy Agreement on their behalf. A renters agent represents a renter in the same way a buyers agent represents a buyer.

It can take anywhere between one week to six weeks. There is no fixed period in which to find you the most suitable rental home. We endeavour to have something secured for you within the first 14 days, but in some instances, the search process in more competitive regions may take longer.

We have a selection of services starting at $1350+ for clients that are local and available to inspect properties without us present. Most popular, however, is our signature ‘end-to-end’ service that is all inclusive and starts from $2,850+ (price changes with location). An accurate quote will be provided once you submit the renter requirements form. Depending on your criteria we will continue to search until we find you a new home. In the current market, it is taking us approximately 3-4 weeks from when we commence the search to secure a suitable property, however, we do not have a strict deadline for our service. 

We’re nearing three decades of knowledge and hands-on experience in property management. We have represented landlords for most of these years but have trained, coached and consulted to the industry more recently.

We will represent you throughout this entire renting process, from searching and application submission to lease signing and further into the first 30 days of your tenancy.

Yes and no. You would have heard of buyer’s agents that have been around for a while now representing buyers. Renter’s agents are exactly the same, but for renters.

Yes, we can. We can help you book a removalist, a cleaner, gardener, book a pool clean and service, rent a van, rent a trailer etc. Just ask us. If we can make your move that little bit smoother for you, we absolutely will.

The Sydney and Brisbane rental market is very fast-paced so we recommend getting in touch with a renters agent 4-6 weeks before you are planning to move.

We do not find share houses, individual rooms or any short-term accommodation for clients.
