Community atmosphere? Check. Coastal vibes? Check. Incredible lifestyle? Check!
Welcome to Seaforth. Located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Seaforth could be your next incredible place to call home.
With access to some of the best coastline Australia has to offer, combined with a peaceful suburban lifestyle, Seaforth is a well-sought-after suburb with limitless potential for you and your family.
Seaforth… where the suburbs meet the sea!
Bordered by the affluent suburbs of Mosman, Clontarf and Manly Vale, Seaforth residents (and their prestigious postcode) are in good company. But Seaforth residents know that calling this little pocket of paradise home is much more about the lifestyle on offer, and less about the prestige. Seaforth is a nature lover’s haven, and as it turns out, the coast is always calling.
Seaforth, like its neighbours, is an affluent suburb, and rental prices reflect the lifestyle on offer.
Water sports and recreational activities are incredibly popular amongst residents and continuously add to the community atmosphere of the suburb. Just south of Seaforth lies Clontarf Beach, which is the perfect playground for young families looking to soak up some sun. With safe swimming, a playground and plenty of parking spaces, it’s a huge drawcard for a day spent out and about.
For nature lovers Garigal National Park sits on the northern border of Seaforth. With endless winding walking tracks to navigate and explore with most providing fantastic views of Sydney Harbour.
For essentials and local produce, Seaforth Village shops is conveniently located on Sydney Road. If you’re looking to expand your offering, head to Coles or Harris Farm in nearby Manly, or check out the weekly markets such as the Frenchs Forest organic food markets, the Mosman markets, or the Manly marketplace every weekend.
Although Seaforth itself doesn’t have a train station, commuting to the CBD isn’t as tough as some may think. The Manly wharf is only a short drive away, and the park and ride services make commuting a breeze.
There’s also an extensive bus network servicing the area, with dedicated routes that will have you in the CBD in no time.
For those who opt to drive, you’ll face some congestion to and from the CBD during peak hour, but the lifestyle afforded you once you get home ,however, will be well worth any wait in traffic. Being much closer to the Spit Bridge (as opposed to Manly or neighbouring Brookvale) cuts the commuting time considerably.
As far as education options go, Seaforth Public School and Balgowlah Heights Public school are convenient options for residents. Mackellar Girls Campus and Balgowlah Boys Campus are also close and provide residents with an exceptional education option for young growing minds.
Seaforth is the perfect place to raise a young family, especially with members who prefer to spend their downtime in the great outdoors. With picturesque picnic points, plenty to explore, and a suburban lifestyle with a coastal outlook, there’s only one thing left to say… welcome to Seaforth!
