Just like a buyer’s agent, we represent the renter and work on their behalf to find them their ultimate rental home. We work to meet their predefined requirements and have them fill out a rental application form from the get go, so you can be confident we only put forward reliable and reference checked long term renters.

There’s no doubt the market can be competitive in some pockets of Sydney so we are ready and willing to negotiate the lease on their behalf and ensure both you and your landlord, together with our clients, the renters, are happy with the result.
By the time we contact you we already have their application and supporting documents ready to go, so we won’t waste your time in showing us the property. We have an approved price range, we have permission to negotiate and most importantly we have the right attitude and everyone’s best outcomes top of mind.
Through the process you get to deal with us, licensed real estate agents that are familiar with all the processes involved in renter selection. Our background is residential property management and has been for years.
Our goal is to have high quality renters that are pre-qualified and ready to negotiate to secure the property that suits them best.
If you yourself have knocked back some really good applicants that you know would have been fantastic renter’s but you simply had too many applications and too much interest in the one property, refer them to us!
If we successfully place them in another property we will pay you a referral fee of $100 or would be super excited if you would allow us to donate this referral fee to a charity of your choice, in your name. The choice is yours!
